Steinbacher-Consult is currently looking for short and long time experts in the following fields:

Procurement expert for works contracts
Qualifications and skills
  • University degree
  • Good command of English
  • Extensive international professional experience in procurement, preparation of tender dossier for works, developing special conditions of contract, evaluating and administration of service/works contracts following the EC procedures and FIDIC contracts (either Red or Yellow Book)
  • Experience in transitional countries

General professional experience
  • at least 10 years of professional experience
  • preferably experience from similar projects

Specific professional experience
  • at least 5 years of international professional experience in procurement for projects under FIDIC (Red and Yellow Books) Conditions

Supervising Engineers (Resident Engineers)
Qualifications and skills
  • University degree in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and administration of FIDIC of similar Contracts
  • Fluency in (verbal and written) English is required
  • Available for the whole works contracts period
  • Experience in transitional countries

General professional experiences
  • at least 15 years of professional experience

Specific professional experience
  • 10 years international experience in supervising construction/rehabilitation of water/wastewater infrastructure
