Examples of Projects Bypass for the City of Neusäß The city of Neusäß awarded Steinbacher-CONSULT with the design, project control and construction management of their bypass road. The 24mio€-budget-project was realised between the urban areas of Neusäß and Augsburg. Problem was to set up project control in the already well advanced design stadium. An overall execution plan with detailed intermediate deadlines coordinated 11 construction phases to keep the scheduled completion date. Even during construction many alterations were made due to various reasons.
