We are looking for a dedicated landscape and environmental designer/architect for environmental planning, landscape planning and rural renewal (professional experience is an advantage) to boost the interdisciplinary design team at our Neusäß office. The scope of duties includes content, planning and graphical processing of projects in the various areas of landscape and environmental planning (EIS, Conservation Support Plan, Flora-Fauna-Habitat Impact Study, saB, rural renewal). Start: immediately. • highly knowledgeable and skilled in the legal aspects of regional planning (environmental law) • experienced and skilled in mapping biotope types, if possible also for flora and fauna • well versed in the use of AutoCAD, ArcGIS and the MS Office suite • self-confident and poised when dealing with authorities and clients • solution and client oriented • practical relevance • excellent conceptual skills • quick adjustment to new tasks • dedication, flexibility and good team player • self dependent style of working, structured on the team’s requirements

Qualified Structural EngineerA qualified structural engineer to start immediatelySpecialized in sanitary environmental engineering / underground construction You will be a good match for us if you meet the following requirements: • university graduate with sanitary environmental engineering / underground construction as a major • experience in planning and supervising pipeline and sewer construction as well as construction of sewage plants and city drainage systems • several years of experience in pipeline and sewer rehabilitation are a prerequisite and proof has to be submitted, certification as a sewer rehabilitation adviser is an advantage • well versed in the use of Office programmes, AVA and hydraulics programmes, especially STANET • dedication, resilience and organisational skills, ability to work in a team • spoken and written English • prepared to travel Your tasks will include, among others: • planning, inviting tenders and supervising infrastructure projects • technical / financial responsibility for contracts, internally as well as externally • procurement of projects, cultivating contacts with clients Our offer to you: A wide variety of tasks within a motivated team, development opportunities and a salary commensurate with performance.
