Infrastructure management

The road network forms the basis of global economic and social interaction. Road infrastructure accounts for a large part of all infrastructural assets of municipalities and states. If continuous operation, maintenance and upkeep of our roads would be reduced to the minimum, neglected or ceased altogether, this would result in the stagnation and regression of forward-looking municipal development.
Municipalities and states have to keep up the significance, financial priority and the enormous importance of the road infrastructure in the municipal budget. The necessary road data for asset valuation have to be captured. In order to do so, the structure, recording, administration and input of an infrastructure management are necessary.
