Urban land-use planning – development plans / zoning plans
Urban land-use planning is an important tool available to municipalities. Taking all higher-ranking plans, e.g. the land development plan and the regional plan, into account, the municipality controls its future development with the zoning plan and subsequent development plans. Strategic development targets have to be drawn up within the planning authority of municipalities and implemented together with landscape planning. Administration and thus integration in GIS systems is an absolute necessity.
The development of complex areas of all types, such as residential areas, special areas, industrial areas, project-related construction plans, and also solar parks on the outskirts, has to be evaluated and devised in a qualified manner.
